Quality & Documentation

Specification-led supply, batch/lot identification and accessible product documentation, with requirements reviewed according to the product and intended use.

The principle

Specification-led supply

Supply is based on defined or agreed specifications. Where your work needs a customer-specific specification — grade, assay/purity, agreed analytical limits, composition or documentation — the requirement is reviewed first and supply is confirmed only through a quotation against the agreed specification.

Products are identified by batch/lot where applicable, and available batch-specific documentation is linked to the corresponding product and lot.

How it works

From enquiry to supply

  1. Specify

Send your requirement with the specification that matters to your work.

  2. Review

We review feasibility and agree the specification with you.

  3. Quotation

Where feasible, supply is quoted against the agreed specification.

  4. Document

Supplied batches carry their batch/lot identity and documentation.

Certificates of Analysis

Enter the product code and exact batch/lot number to retrieve an available Certificate of Analysis for that batch. There is no browsable archive — retrieval is batch-exact.

Where a public SDS is available, the SDS Centre provides the current published revision for the product. Superseded revisions are withdrawn from public delivery.

Additional technical documents for eligible products — specification sheets and product documentation — are delivered through the same controlled document system, and agreed documentation requirements can be accommodated where confirmed at quotation.

Reference standards and pharmaceutical impurity materials are supported by product-specific analytical documentation as applicable. Depending on the material and intended use, documentation may include identity confirmation, chromatographic purity, assigned purity or potency, and supporting characterization data — the exact analytical data supplied is identified on the individual product and batch documentation.
